Job Description
- Ensuring Capacity planning, scalability and availability of all infrastructure systems
- Developing operating and configuration manuals for all systems
- Ensuring strict adherence to SLAs, PnPs & prompt closure to Audit findings
- Ensuring IT related services continuity and efficient support to all units Globally / Hubs and/or Country Levels.
- Ensuring proper operations and implementation of Office Automation solutions and services in Arab bank.
- Selecting, implementing and managing infrastructure solutions/ projects across Arab Bank Globally/ Hubs and/ or at Country Levels
- Monitoring and following up on ITH/C to ensure proper operations and implementation of all infrastructure solutions and services
- Managing and Admin Arab Bank Global/ Hubs/ Countries infrastructure solutions
- Ensuring that infrastructure monitoring and capacity planning functions are performed systematically and periodically in the Hubs/ Countries
- Evaluating and studying any new enhancement to working environment by upgrading or implementing a new infrastructure solutions and services
- Participating in the selection of IT solutions / services
- Participating as necessary in the vendor evaluation process
- Disaster Recovery office automation planning and implementation
- Participating in the project delivery and execution
- Adhering and complying to all PnPs and work actively to close all related audit findings
Job Requirements
- Graduated degree in Computer Engineering or any other technical discipline from a recognized university.
- 0-6 years of experience in IT technical position(s) with a leading Financial Institution or a Banking solutions vendor
- Professional technical certifications; MCSE, MCITP, …etc.
- Exchange, Active directory, HTML, Hyper V, Symantec, MDM, Citirix
- Fluent in English
- Good Presentation and interpersonal skills
- Team Player
- Good documentation skills
