- Join our GDP-IT Associates program, as part of our GB Graduate Development Program designed to recognize and develop highly qualified, passionate, potential young talents, by providing career development and work to create world-class opportunities, to enable and nurture future leaders.
- GDP-IT Associates is a 6 months program dedicated for IT/BIS graduates to provide them with in depth, hands-on experience and exposure to various functions and projects within GB IT and get a chance to enhance their technical and non-technical skills to become our future leaders.
By joining our GDP-IT Associates Program, you will be:

Qualifications
- Business Information systems or software engineering graduate
- Fresh graduate – max. 1 year of experience
- Academic achiever – GPA 3.0/Good
- Participation in student/summer internships programs
- Fluency in English is required
- Good presentation & communication skills (verbal & written)
- Innovative, passionate and ambitious
- Exposure with Python, ERP, Mobile apps is preferred
