- To coordinate between the HR team and other Divisions in meeting their HR requirements.
- To assist the Human Resources Manager in the joining formalities of new recruits.
- To oversee / manage the process from offer to on boarding including furnish formalities, documentation, medical and subsequent confirmation of new recruits.
Key Result Areas
- Provide secretarial assistance and support to the HR team.
- Assist in preparation of material for Assessment Centers, formulating scores and compiling results for the same.
- Dissemination of information both internal and external through maintenance of data bank.
- Provide assistance in the recruitment of positions across the Bank by successfully sourcing / short listing candidates for final interviews.
- Maintain an MIS on offer status, requisitions and service standards – thereby providing recruitment updates for various Divisions.
- Coordination of internal moves as well as external recruitment.
- Maintaining a CV databank for relevant positions in the Bank by scanning all resumes received through the mail / walk-in candidates.
- Assist the HR team in the joining formalities.
