Job Description
- Collaborate hiring team to ensure smooth and good first work experience for accepted candidates
- Ensure quality and integrity of all HR employee data and support in compensation and benefits process
- Explain related policies, procedures and guidelines and make fact-based recommendations utilizing all methods of communication (in person, telephone, email, and mail), and process employees’ queries and respond in a timely and friendly manner
- Follow up with accepted candidates through the final pre-work receipt phase including document completion, background check process and responding to general inquiries from candidates
- Independently document, respond and resolve HR inquiries and issues, while also building strong relationships with team members and providing high-quality customer experience
- Maintain and provide appropriate, accurate HR operations information for business stockholders and HR team
- Performing ongoing HR employee data audits and reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software
- Prepare holistic and specific periodical, monthly and annual staff attendance and disciplinary actions reports; • Provide timely information and escalation to management and HR partners regarding critical or emerging HR issues
- Provide monthly wage attendance/effects reports for the compensation and benefits team for payroll adjustments
- Review and record employees subsidized mobile bills on the system and handle related employees inquires and problem-solving
- Review employee attendance discrepancies and amend records on HR systems as needed in accordance with HR policies, as well as maintaining disciplinary action records
- Support HR project and ongoing process of maintain well informed employee concerning HR practices and regulations
- Support Identifying trends and process improvement opportunities focused on compliance, enhancing effectiveness, efficiencies, and sharing best practices
- Support interdicting new hires to MAG work environment and responsible for the timely process of newly hired employee data on HR system and files
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Relevant field of study preferred
- 3+ years of Human Resources support experience preferred
- Utilize discretion and judgment to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
- Customer focus: ensuring that the customer perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities; crafting and implementing service practices that meet customers’ and own organization’s needs; and evaluating customer satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, such as actively listening ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels
- Decision making identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions
- Ability to maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work responsibilities or environment
- Good analytical skills with the ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve problems and quickly collect data, establish facts, analyse information, draw logical and valid conclusions and clearly articulate necessary action
- Superb attention to detail, accuracy and follow through, self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to remain organized, manage time effectively and complete assigned tasks/projects while managing conflicting priorities.
- Strong technical proficiency and knowledge of using a variety of computer applications, including MS Office
