Job Description

  • Managing employee and organizational data for allocated markets in MEA in Workday.
  • Support People Services Advisor in employment process by issuing contracts, forms ensure proper documentation.
  • Support in issuing end of service templates and circulate for signature
  • Initiate clearance process for some countries within the region and follow up until ensuring the successful compilation.
  • Scanning & archiving personal employees’ files
  • Support delivering different reference letters to employees.
  • Manage employee personal data, validating any personal data changes with appropriate sign off procedure and validating any documentation required
  • Help in building internal data bases and local processes flow
  • Ensure the relevant HR databases, trackers, employee files and systems are up to date, accurate and comply with local legislation and company internal policies and procedures
  • Support following up on the contract renewals and probation periods feedback
  • Reporting system errors and possible process improvements
  • Manage employment verification to confirm employee details to 3rd parties on request, generating approvals and producing verification statement
  • Use the HR knowledge base and internal work instructions to ensure that processes are executed correctly and customer guidance is provided in an effective and consistent manner
  • Resolving employee’s queries and requests using Service Now ticketing tool
  • Schedule job interviews with candidates, manage all calendars updated and coordinate all interview logistics
  • Create job requisitions, offer letters and other documentation required for hire
  • Manage candidates’ communication including candidates’ rejections
  • Receive and answer candidate queries
  • Provide administrative support to Taq Partners and hiring managers through the recruitment process
  • Use the HR knowledge base and internal work instructions to ensure that processes are executed correctly, and customer guidance is provided in an effective and consistent manner
  • Move candidate across different stages in Workday through job requisitions
  • Some communication to candidates (instructions, onboarding, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • 0-to-1-year relevant experience in Human resources operations field for
  • Previous experience in working in a service desk function
  • Technical expertise in at least one human resources area
  • Experience in Microsoft applications & previous technical experience dealing with systems like Workday, SAP…
  • Experience of delivering against Service Level agreements, including working with third party providers to meet work deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry – additional
