Job Description
- Update the organizational structure & Manpower planning.
- Coordinate the implementation of the training activities.
- Organize the internal onboarding process.
- Responsible for HR interviews and handling exit interviews.
- Assist in enhancing the quarter/mid-year/annual performance appraisal.
- Handle the CSR programs.
- Assist in the overtime process, and bonus cycle.
- Report and publish HR dashboard reports – headcount, leave/attendance, exit, etc.
- Responsible for preparing all final settlements.
- All daily administrative work and daily operation cycle.
- Assist the HR department in any needed tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 1:2 years of experience in the same role.
- Less than 28 age.
- An HR Certificate is a must.
- Males only.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
