Job Description

  • Welcome visitors as soon as they arrive.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide basic and accurate information.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily deliveries.
  • Order (front office, management offices, meeting rooms) supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.
  • Address Tenants’ requests.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Preferably Female
  • Lives in Zayed or October
  • Holds a bachelor degree.
