- Responsible for the fulfillment of Employee inquiries including HR letters, statements…etc.
- Handling the employment contractual relationship management (Contract renewals and probation periods management).
- Managing the performance of the HR Service Centre to ensure efficiency through maintaining high level of accuracy and quality standards.
- Monitoring the HR services tracker and ensuring frequent accurate reporting.
- Making sure that the addition and cancellation process for both medical plans is handled properly according to the policy.
- Responsible for handling medical services with the service providers.
- Handle all on boarding & Off boarding tasks
- Ensure accurate additions & deletions for medical insurance
- Ensure all governmental tasks are implemented on time
- And any other Assigned tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0 to 3 years of experience.
- HR certificate is a plus
- Experience and other requirements
- Good Knowledge of HR policies.
- Good Knowledge of Excel & MS office.
