Job Description

  • Handle alumni relations starting with having & maintaining an adequate and up to date database of alumni serving all SCAD services
  • Contact potential profiles of graduates for participation in on campus events
  • Handle projects and services related to the alumni relations and connections
  • Assist in working on marketing campaigns related to alumni achievements, which involves content preparation & editing, communication with alumni & coordination with internal departments.
  • Handle issuance of ongoing alumni services such as alumni ID card, alumni e-mail accounts & financial clearances
  • Coordinate on campus/virtual alumni talks or sessions to undergraduates
  • Handle the internal coordination of the Annual Career Development Program for GUC calibers, such as activities announcements & students registrations
  • Assist in delivering career development services to undergraduates and fresh graduates such as CV review, LinkedIn review
  • Coordinate on campus/virtual technical or soft skills sessions/talks to GUC calibers
  • Handle students/alumni walk-ins, phones, e-mails on daily basis
  • Assist in coordinating discount program which involves communication with potential merchants
  • Assist in organizing SCAD events
  • Assist in some content editing tasks for SCAD material

Job Requirements

  • BA in management preferably HR, and/or Marketing background
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in HR, career services or marketing is preferred

  • Perfect Command of English & Arabic writing skills
  • Strong writing and content editing skills
  • Self- motivated, Punctual, Responsible & Dynamic
  • Ability to take new initiatives and implement them

  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
  • Ability to work under pressure & Meet deadlines
  • Strong project management or organizational skills
  • Exposure of Branding / PR and Client Servicing experience
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Adobe illustrator is a plus
