Job Description
- Conducting cash transactions: Bank tellers are responsible for accepting deposits and withdrawals from customers. They count cash, checks, and coins, and ensure that the transactions are accurate and recorded correctly.
- Processing customer requests: Bank tellers handle customer requests such as providing account balances, verifying deposits, and helping customers with account issues.
- Promoting bank products and services: Bank tellers often promote bank products and services such as credit cards, loans, and savings accounts to customers.
- Maintaining accurate records: Bank tellers must maintain accurate records of all transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Balancing cash drawers: At the end of the day, bank tellers are responsible for balancing their cash drawers to ensure that all transactions have been recorded accurately.
- Resolving customer complaints: Bank tellers must be able to handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise.
Job Requirements
- 2021 / 2022 Graduates from Reputable University.
- Graduated with one of the following majors: Accounting / Finance / Business / public Administration.
- Minimum Grade: Good.
- Excellent Command of English Language.
- Excellent Numerical skills.
