- Answering Customer Calls

- Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information
- Following up complicated customer calls when required
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM

- 0 to 1 year experience
- Good command of both English & Arabic languages.
- Customer focus.
