Job Description
- To assist in revising graduates’ data before the issuance of their academic degrees.
- To assist in issuing, verifying and handing students’ academic degrees and other statements they may need / request.
- To assist in revising the academic degrees issued by the UK validating universities.
- Collect requests from students and graduates to issue various degree certificates and academic statements.
- Follow up on the process of issuing certificates and other academic statements until it is handled to the documents seeker.
- Maintain the physical archiving of requests and other relevant documents.
- Respond to queries received from students and graduates on relevant matters.
- Acting as the front office to support students and graduates with the issuance of their academic documents.
- Provide verifications for graduates and students to employers and military service.
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Relevant Field
- Experience: 0-2 years’ Experience
- Technical Skills: MS Office
