  • The management of the project files throughout the lifecycle of the projects together with the eventual closedown and archiving of projects in accordance with the Engagement Control File Checklist.
  • You will act as the main point of contact between the Engagement Team and the Client acceptance onboarding team (MECCAT team). You will act as a liaison regarding the client onboarding tasks including any follow-ups with the MECCAT team. Such tasks will include the following: (1) Conflict Check requests, (2) DRMS requests, and (3) Background Check requests.
  • You will also be responsible in obtaining a “Business Relationship” clearance for a third party/individual contractor/Vendors.
  • Support requested from time to time by the relevant geography / business unit.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of Administration
  • Proficiency in IT / Office Systems skills (particularly Microsoft Office)
  • Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in a similar field
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization.
  • English and Arabic language fluency required.
  • Good and confident communicator who can interact with senior leadership.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure with a flexible approach.
