Job Description
- Manage, mentor, train, and lead the Enterprise sales team in Egypt on sales strategies to achieve sales targets and implement best practices.
- Build the Enterprise Sales Plan and Enterprise Account Strategies to further expand and grow existing business, develop new revenue streams, and acquire new logos.
- Develop, drive, and manage sales activities to grow revenues and direct margin in the Enterprise field that supports and exceeds forecasts.
- Find new business opportunities, add new revenue streams, and reach new prospective enterprise clients through Mail, Phone, or chat.
- Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with customers.
- Develop business strategy and hold end to end ownership and accountability for Key Accounts including complete ownership of the Enterprise Sales Process.
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure that major accounts are handled in the most effective way.
- Design, develop and implement a business model that is both transparent and robust.
- Engage in team development by mentoring and coaching other team members and working on areas of improvements.
- Spend time understanding customer’s challenges and recommending the solution that will best tackle their needs.
- Devise unique strategies and techniques to achieve the sales targets.
- Conduct meetings with corporate accounts and propose presentations about different solutions to the clients as per the business requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, CCE, or any related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales or Enterprise Sales or in an Account Manager position.
- Professional proficiency in English required.
- Knowledge of the domestic wholesale enterprisemessaging, Omni-Channel, & Enterprise sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software preferably.
- Basic technical knowledge about used protocols i.e. SMPP/ HTTP/API interconnection.
- Strong technical and commercial skills and familiar with industry standards.
