- Implementation of revenue management processes with all its procedures efficiently.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Improving and expanding distribution partnerships for online sales channels and permanent development of dynamic linking of B2B channels with internal systems.
- Setting challenges for each hotel and influencing it to improve revenues.
- Visiting hotels regularly to develop a revenue strategy to suit it.
- Spreading the culture of revenue management within hotels and among management employees.
- Coordination with the sales department to improve efficiency and profits.
- Assist in planning budgets, developing growth strategies, and developing pricing policies.
- Improving room occupancy numbers and dealing with revenue management system (RMS), to ensure that all rooms are filled whenever possible.
