Job Description
- Corporate governance ensures all activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure efficient and effective digital payment operations.
- Regular enhancements for current platforms/services.
- Develop and obtain consensus on plans, roadmaps, and strategies for digital transformation that improve efficiency, service quality, and productivity while also reducing costs.
- Understand the market situation and availability of new technology, conduct market analysis and propose enhancement recommendations for management’s decision.
- Working closely with related stack holders to identify and explore opportunities to cross-sell digital services.
- Perform the needed UAT testing for the assigned systems.
- Responsible for quality of deliverables in required timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital payment solutions.
- Experience of managing digital projects/services.
- Customer service skills
- Project management experience and expertise
