- Promote the digital channels usage, highlight there benefits, and walk customers through the registration steps
- Accountable for boosting acquisitions and adoption of digital channels in the bank?s digital areas in line with set targets
- Migrate customers from traditional banking to digital channels and optimize channel transaction levels
- Monitor customer responses to digital channels, report customer?s feedback and suggestions to enhance the digital services
- Submit digital performance tracker report to line manager
- Participate in the pre-launch testing rounds of the digital channels
- Handle all the on-the-go digital issues facing the customer
- Spot trends in customer behavior and share findings to enrich the digital proposition
