Job Description
- Identify, analyze, and pinpoint trends and patterns in the bank’s data sets that enable leveraging to further growth.
- Communicate and present findings to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with management to prioritize operational and strategic objectives using a data-driven approach.
- Interact with senior management and unit heads to identify information needs based on products, transactions, technology, and services offered by the bank.
- Design and improve the bank’s data collection and database designs to optimize efficiency and improve data quality.
- Acquire data from internal and external data sources that can be used to enhance the bank’s data sets and improve analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,CIS, BIT, Industrial Engineer, AI, Data Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
- Fresh graduates with a maximum of 1 year of experience in a Data Science or Data Analysis role.
- Fluent in English and Arabic language.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in problem solving skills and creative thinking.
- Ability to distill and present key findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Project management skills related to data and research-focused projects.
