Job Description
- The customer service specialist will work closely with both operations and sales team to fulfill all customer requirements in terms of required documentation.
- Customer follow up and answering inquiries towards fulfilling the customer’s needed installment final approval.
- The customer service specialist will support the existing sales team by enriching the customer experience and service post initial sales team engagement.
