- Design and deliver key customer acquisition targets marketing campaigns to drive NTB CASA acquisition for Neo
- Plan and execute acquisition campaigns including referral, funding, activation etc.
- Work with Tech /Ops / Credit / Business / Compliance to improve customer experience and scale up acquisitions
- Collaborate with all key stakeholders to execute end-to-end customer marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, notifications etc. to drive acquisition targets
- Monitor cost, overall budget utilization and report monthly provisions to finance team
- A rigorous, data- driven, and highly analytical mindset Proven track record of growing, scaling and meet customer acquisition targets
- Advanced understanding of optimizing and improving customer journey

- Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- MBA/ Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 7+ years Work Experience in in e-commerce with focus on customer acquisition, Strategy, design, implementation etc.
- The selected candidate should pass a background investigation.
