Job Description

  • Design and deliver key customer acquisition targets marketing campaigns to drive NTB CASA acquisition for Neo
  • Plan and execute acquisition campaigns including referral, funding, activation etc.
  • Work with Tech /Ops / Credit / Business / Compliance to improve customer experience and scale up acquisitions
  • Collaborate with all key stakeholders to execute end-to-end customer marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, notifications etc. to drive acquisition targets
  • Monitor cost, overall budget utilization and report monthly provisions to finance team
  • A rigorous, data- driven, and highly analytical mindset Proven track record of growing, scaling and meet customer acquisition targets
  • Advanced understanding of optimizing and improving customer journey
  • Experience of leading and working with cross functional teams to deliver common objectives
  • Problem Solving
  • Ability to handle challenges and multi-task.
  • Ability to work coherently with teams engaged with different priorities.

  • Ability to see the big picture, join the dots and align all stakeholders towards flawless execution. The candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to understand business goals and optimize campaigns to deliver desired results.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • MBA/ Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years Work Experience in in e-commerce with focus on customer acquisition, Strategy, design, implementation etc.
  • The selected candidate should pass a background investigation.
