- Keeping our customer database information correct and accurate at all times
- Supporting Elsewedy sales persons to apply all of our business concepts successfully
- Conducting business training to sales teams when needed
- Checking to ensure that all opportunities on the system are up-to-date in real time
- Handling errors made by sales persons effectively, from business perspective.
- communicating with CRM technical team to resolve any relevant issues
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Presentation skills.
