- Answering Customer Calls.
- Handling Customer Issues with effeminacy and Proper way
- Providing Customers with the organization’s service and product information.

- Completing call notes and call reports as a necessary and updating them in CRM.
Job Requirements
- Graduates only.
- Very Good command of English level.
- Completed of exempted from the military service ‘if male’
- Good Communications skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Good negotiation skills.
