  • Answering Customer Calls.
  • Handling Customer Issues with effeminacy and Proper way
  • Providing Customers with the organization’s service and product information.
  • Following up complicated customer calls when required.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as a necessary and updating them in CRM.

Job Requirements

  • Graduates only.
  • Very Good command of English level.
  • Completed of exempted from the military service ‘if male’
  • Good Communications skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Good negotiation skills.
