Job Description

  • The Community District Assistant Manager role is to ensure that the community is served with the outstanding quality of El Gouna by providing professional and friendly experience to the owners through respect, professionalism, and elegance.
  • Enhance Homeowners Experience within the living Zone.
  • Improve community including living zones upkeep.
  • Maintain Developments with exceptional details and ensure the physical improvement on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure that the community members are served with outstanding quality by providing professional and friendly experience to the owners through respect, professionalism, and elegance.
  • Ensure the readiness and liveliness of living zones, wellbeing of the property and lifestyle of Homeowners.
  • Minimize number of received Complaints’.
  • Ensure ‘Community Rules’ are implemented and enforced on ground.
  • Communication with community members.
  • Managing Community members needs in relation with other concerned departments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor ‘s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Experience: 5-7 Years of Experience
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, English both written and oral
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Customer Experience Background.
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic & English.
