Job Description

  • Answering Customer Calls
  • Handling Customers issues with efficiency and Proper way
  • Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information
  • Following up complicated customer calls when required
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM

  • Good Command of English level
  • Completed or Exempted from the military Service

  • Good command of reading numbers
  • Good handling skills and communication skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
