Job Description
- Work with different teams and drive an independent work stream as a part of a bigger team project
- Create clear deliverables from complicated information, and structure new ways and processes for solving problems
- Analyze and understand customer behavior along with understanding business rules and processes, and giving business recommendations
- Run facilitation meetings with different stakeholders and document requirements
- Break down and solve problems through both quantitative and quantitate thinking, interpret and visualize results in an effective way
- The Business Analyst is a team member that is skilled in eliciting and communicating information to enable the delivery
- The Business Analyst will be working on different projects and transformation initiatives according to Business needs
- Transform certain key functions within Banque Misr
- Analysis of medium-to-complex business and customer requirements that enables the team to enhance the customer experience
- lead cross functional initiatives from ideation inception to Delivery
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree required ( finance /economics are preferable )
- MBA holders are preferable
- Preferable to be worked in Risk/Corporate/Treasury field
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team
- Excellent analytical skills and Problem-solving skills
- Good facilitation skills
- Multi-tasking
- Good presentation skills
- Agile working design
