Job description
- Ensuring the highest level of service quality, closely liaising with MSP “Managing Service Provider”, local and international organizations, and other stockholders .
- Monitor and maintains the relationship with our technology partners, Assesses skills of the MSP .
- Works with the MSP to Achieve the goals and objectives of agreements.
- Reviews and authorizes work orders/ requests and ensure that all required ITD “Information Technology Division approvals are obtained.
- Reviews and participate to ensure that service delivery and sort all system issues and if needed participate MSP support team, process issues and escalation procedure
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field of study .
- 3 years of experience in banking sector Specialist in ATM switch & CMS filed .
- Basic knowledge of Database “Oracle & SQL” .
- Basic knowledge of networking and routing .
- Basic knowledge of operating systems “Linux & Unix & Windows server” .
