Job Description
- Manage card operations, problems etc. and ensure issues are resolved to customer satisfaction and within time guidelines.
- Manage correspondences, responsible for UATs of the system enhancements and any modification to enhance current job and the workflow for cards.
- Coordinate with Master card & Visa to implement any new mandates or new projects.
- Prepares manuals /Quick reference to the systems for the end users.
- Handling all the operational requirements related to credit/debit cards business development/campaigns.
- Manage segregated/dual control securities for systems/equipment and card stock access.
- Monitor downtime in network operations and take remedial action.
- Initiate systems Enhancement & Updates.
- Manage the updating of billing schedules, implement fees changes, etc.
- Coordinates and control all the cards operation projects on the card systems.
- Prepare manuals / quick reference from the system to end users.
- Manage correspondences, responsible for UATs of the systems enhancements and any modification to enhance current job and workflow for Mobile Wallet.
- Manage any Mandates received from CBE / Ta7Weel / Master Card for Mobile Wallet.
- Managing Projects and new launching products within the timelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- At least 5-7 years’ banking sector experience.
- Experience of large-scale card operations management and cards technical support.
- Retail banking, credit administration & cards operation
- Card operations principles and procedures
- Project management knowledge
